BizTrack is designed as a multi-business platform. Each business operates within its own authorized business context. We use access controls and tenant-scoping mechanisms intended to prevent one business from accessing another business's data.

Businesses using BizTrack are responsible for ensuring that the information they enter into the platform has been collected and processed lawfully and that their employees, customers, members, suppliers, patients, or other data subjects receive any notices required by applicable law.

4. WhatsApp and Meta Integrations

BizTrack may allow a business to connect its own WhatsApp Business Account through Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform and Embedded Signup services.

When a business chooses to connect WhatsApp, BizTrack may process information such as:

• WhatsApp Business Account identifiers.
• WhatsApp phone number identifiers.
• Business display name and connected business phone number.
• Authorization information required to connect the business account.
• Message template references and delivery-related information.
• Message status or webhook information where such functionality is enabled.

A business's connected WhatsApp sender identity remains associated with that business. BizTrack does not represent tenant businesses using BizTrack's own WhatsApp sender identity unless separately and explicitly configured.

Use of WhatsApp services is also subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's applicable terms, policies, and privacy practices.

5. Notifications and Communications

BizTrack may deliver notifications through in-platform alerts, email, SMS, or WhatsApp depending on the business's configuration, subscription, available integrations, and user preferences.

Notification delivery may require sharing limited information with the selected communication provider, such as the recipient's contact information, message content, template reference, and delivery metadata.
